Salary: £48,000

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced manager, self-motivated and have a track record as a good leader. You will have substantial prior experience of producing theatre, with extensive knowledge of current theatre practice, be well connected within the industry and have a proven track record of expert technical, project and budget management and a proactive approach to safe and sustainable working practices.
You will be experienced and good at managing diverse multi-skilled teams through an open and inclusive approach. Candidates will also have experience of making, co-producing, touring, site specific and receiving work with UK and international partners. You will be an excellent communicator and able to engage on a par with current, potential creative teams, technical and non-technical team members.
This is an exciting and challenging senior management role and the post holder will be expected to make a contribution to the continued evolution of HOME.
