If your feedback requires a response, please note:
- We aim to respond to all concerns with an acknowledgement within three working days, and a full response within ten working days
- Some queries may require further investigation, in which case we would let you know and come back to you as soon as possible with a full response
- Any concerns regarding a specific booking should be communicated via the account holder who purchased the tickets so that we can access the records
- All feedback is treated in confidence and with respect – we aim to learn from customer comments and will share with relevant teams and senior management where necessary
