Prague, 1953. Investigating a seemingly routine jewellery store robbery, Police captain Jarda Hakl uncovers an orchestrated effort by state security agents to detain and eliminate Jewish citizens. Sensing the charges are bogus, Hakl embarks on a one-man war against a ruthless regime bolstered by the arrival of former Nazi officer Zenke, who’s been brought in to help with the case.
