Tubby Hayes: A Man in a Hurry charts the life and times of professional jazz musician Edward Brian ‘Tubby’ Hayes who recorded some of the most iconic pieces of the 50s and 60s. Tubby’s credits include soundtracks to Alfie and The Italian Job, and live performances and recordings for Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Quincy Jones and Dizzy Gillespie.
