Titane

Director Julia Ducournau follows up her debut Raw (FilmFear 2016) with a baroque shocker that won the top prize of the Palme d’Or at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. A young dancer (Agathe Rousselle), who suffered a terrible injury following a car crash when she was a child, embarks on a fantastical and violent odyssey involving serial murder, self-harm, physical transformation and a mysterious pregnancy.

Ducournau twists narrative forms into radical new shapes while staging a number of flamboyantly extreme set-pieces, pushing the film towards a state of sensory overload.

Socially Distanced Screenings at HOME: An Update

From Mon 27 Dec, the majority of film screenings at HOME will be socially distanced.

How do our socially distanced screenings work?

When booking, please select whether you would like to sit at the front, middle or back of the screen.  You will automatically be allocated the best available seats in that area. Our booking system automatically places two empty seats either side of your booked seats.

When you arrive at HOME, please take a moment to check on your tickets which seats you have booked. If you are unsure of where to go, our staff will be on hand and happy to help. Once in the cinema, we ask that you stay in your allocated seat and do not move to sit with others.

What to expect when visiting HOME

We have a number of measures in place at HOME for the comfort and safety of our visitors. Find out more here.
