In the face of increasing economic difficulty and rapidly diminishing funding, how do we stay united (to extend a metaphor) in the warmth, rather than freezing in isolation? How are recent changes and cut backs effecting the production of good theatre? How are theatre-makers responding to this? As the future unfolds, are there new methods of collaboration needed? What might these be? What would we like them to be?
