Legendary crime writer Walter Mosley will be making a rare visit to Manchester Literature Festival to talk about his new thriller, Little Green. A new installment in his excellent Easy Rawlins series, it finds his protagonist wandering the streets, clubs and LSD dens of Los Angeles in search of a missing boy. A hard-boiled crime tale, Little Green is also a stunning exposure of a divided city and the dark underbelly of 1960s culture. Walter is the author of 37 books including Black Betty, Devil in a Blue Dress, Blonde Faith and All I Did Was Shoot My Man. He is the recipient of a PEN America Lifetime Achievement Award. Walter will be reading and discussing his writing with Jerome de Groot.
