Krzysztof Kieślowski’s celebrated Three Colours Trilogy returns to the big screen this Spring, newly restored in 4K. Each film draws its title and palette from a colour of the French flag and explores, in rich and diverse ways, one of central tenets of the national motto: liberty, equality and fraternity.
Representing the culmination of Kieślowski’s remarkable filmmaking output from the late-80s to the mid-90s, Three Colours remains a touchstone of modern European cinema.
