Direct North is a network for emerging theatre directors in the North of England, supported by local theatres. In the first of a series of peer-led workshops, Artistic Directors of Box of Tricks, Adam Quayle and Hannah Tyrrell-Pinder, will lead a workshop – Approaches to New Writing. This practical session will explore the challenges and opportunities presented by collaborating with playwrights and actors to create a new piece of theatre.
