Salary: £7.78 per hour
We are looking to recruit two motivated and customer-service focused individuals to join our busy Box Office team here at HOME.
The work is part time and shift based with the opportunity to take on additional shifts to cover staff holidays, sickness absences and special events.
Set shifts are either: Fridays 13:00-21:00 and Saturdays 17:00-21:00 (12 hours per week) OR Sundays 12:00-17:00 and Mondays 12:00-17:00 (10 hours per week).
The Box Office is the first point of contact for all our visitors, dealing with customer enquiries and transactions for a programme that covers five cinema screens, two theatre spaces and an art gallery.
The successful candidates will join a small team of people who, working together with all other departments, ensure that all visitors receive the highest standard of customer service.
