This screening has now SOLD OUT
To celebrate the 50th anniversary, we’re pleased to present a special one-off screening of this award-winning and iconic film. Written in 1958 by Salford schoolgirl, Shelagh Delaney, A Taste of Honey was in the vanguard of British social-realist movies and director Tony Richardson made maximum use of the harsh urban landscape to create a gritty, uncompromising film about inter-racial sex, teenage pregnancy and homosexuality.
We are pleased to welcome A Taste of Honey lead actor Murray Melvin for a post-screening Q&A.
