Richie returns from travels abroad and unexpectedly arrives on the doorstep of his old school mate, Neal and girlfriend Rachel. The lives of the two stressed and overworked junior medics are completely transformed when Richie invites himself to stay indefinitely in this uncomfortable humorous exploration of love, loyalty and freedom.
