Concrete Ribbons

When a coffin jams the lift in a high-rise block, a desperate couple are stranded in their 11th floor flat for a week of high drama. They discover they can stage three-second theatrical performances on their balcony for motorists on a nearby flyover. But will this save their relationship, or is it merely a ‘stage they’re going through’? A fast and furious tragicomedy with a traffic-stopping finale, Concrete Ribbons is written by Lesa Dryburgh and Michael Trainor, performed by Lewis Marsh, Malcolm Raeburn, Zoë Thomas, and Mark Winstanley, and directed by Wyllie Longmore. Suitable for ages 15 plus, contains some strong language.
