Ingrid Hu

Ingrid Hu is an award-winning scenographer, designer and artist working in theatre and multidisciplinary design in the UK and internationally. With a focus on materiality, contextual and conceptual thinking, she creates spaces and environments that are alive and empowered to co-author, investigate, and respond to varied perspectives.

Awards include: 2014 Aesthetica Art Prize finalist (3D design & sculpture); 2011 D&AD Yellow Pencil award (UK Pavilion, Heatherwick Studio); 1998 Neptune Theatre Blackmore Award, Canada; and 1996 Caran d’Arche Sunday Artist of the Year, Hong Kong.
