Clara Casian is a Romanian visual artist with an interest in archives and deconstructing narratives of personal and political histories. Her practice encompasses film, drawing and collaboration, working with a variety of media including performance, moving image, sound and light. Her project on alternative publishing and censorship was developed as part of the Feature Expanded, an international programme in between HOME Manchester and Lo Schermo Dell’Arte, aimed at visual artists looking to develop their first feature length film.
