Young People’s Programme Producer (maternity cover)

We are looking for a Young People’s Programme Producer (maternity cover) to join our team.

The Young People’s Programme Producer is vital to ensuring HOME is an organisation that provides a diverse range of young people with the opportunity to get involved in the arts, showcase their work, have a voice, develop skills, talent and confidence and improve their wellbeing within a creative environment.

Our Ideal Candidate
You will be an empathetic, highly organised, self-motivated and experienced producer of young people’s programmes and events, with an eye for detail and a passion for the arts. You will have a track record of managing and coordinating small and large scale innovative and high-quality projects that involve diverse groups of young people with complex needs and circumstances.

Working with various people, from artists and programmers, to stakeholders and partner organisations will be second nature to you, and managing the expectations and needs of these people will be something you excel at.

You will be an excellent listener and communicator with a high level of admin skills and will have the ability and experience to step up and deliver consultation sessions and some creative workshops throughout the year.

This is an exciting and challenging role in a dynamic organisation.

Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours of work: full time including regular evening and weekend work
Contract term: fourteen months maternity cover
