We’re excited to announce our latest paid Internship role, supporting our annual ¡Viva! Festival and UK-wide ¡Viva! tour.
This is a great opportunity for someone aged 18+ who is interested in exploring a creative career, with a focus in Independent Film and an interest in festival and event delivery. This Internship role will support HOME’s annual ¡Viva! Festival, you will work closely with the HOME Film Team and wider HOME team to support the delivery of the festival and the following Festival Tour.
¡Viva! 2019 will take place from Fri 22 Mar – Sat 13 Apr 2019. For its 25th edition, ¡Viva! returns with a celebration of Spanish and Latin American culture through our specially selected programme of film and theatre. New for 2019, we will also be sending a selection of films from the festival on tour to cinemas and film societies across the UK. We’re keen to hear from people who are looking for an entry level role to explore a career in the creative industries. You will need to have an interest in culture and be keen to explore a career in Film, the Arts or in event production. You’ll also need to be interested in finding out more about the work HOME creates and presents.
This is a part-time, fixed contract, entry level role at the following rate;
Salary: £7.83 per hour
Total hours of contract: 224 (hours per week are flexible, see Job Pack for details)
Starting: February 2019 Ending: June 2019
