This role is responsible for overseeing and developing the programming, planning, organisation and delivery of HOME’s Creative Development Programmes in line with the current strategy and business plan.

This role reports into the CEO/Artistic Director and leads the Creative Development Team which consists of practitioners for theatre/film/visual arts, a work-based training co-ordinator, access co-ordinator, volunteer programme manager and an Administrator.
