What’s on > What’s on in November

A major new co-commission comes to the HOME gallery this month, with John Walter’s CAPSID. Using a wacky, Maximalist aesthetic, spatial design and humour, Walter updates the discussion around HIV and how viruses work coupled with ground breaking scientific research in this solo exhibition, including a new film commission, painting, prints, sculpture, installation and a new publication.

Our new HOME produced show premieres this month. Lily Sykes directs The Maids, a murderous tale of ritual, roleplay and rubber gloves, transforming our Theatre 1 stage into the round for the very first time.

There’s also a whole host of film seasons to look forward to, including the return of the much-loved Manchester Animation Festival; Queer Media Festival; HOME’s Artist Film Weekender and many more!
