“Kite” is a project that brings together the short stories each group member wrote about an element of their childhood. A wide range of imagery was made available for the group to develop and their own designs on the individual kites.
The project was outreached at The Oasis Centre, Thomas Regan Court, sheltered housing, retirement housing, Gorton. When the kites were completed, the group set off to the seaside to fly the kites and revert back to an activity of celebration of youth and memory.
