An important observation of the immigrant experience in London, the film focuses on a Nigerian doctor who uncovers a human organ black-market and the darker side of his adopted city whilst working as a hotel night porter. Chiwetel Ejiofor is the beating heart of the drama, and has since gone on to become an international star.
