Bring the Family/ Where the Wild Things Are

Directed by Spike Jonze

Max’s imagination is free to roam as he sets sail for the land of the Wild Things, where mischief reigns and Max rules.  Made up of only 10 sentences and illustrations, Maurice Sendak’s 1963 story was considered unfilmable.  After potential plans that ventured into animation, Spike Jonze finally adapted the book.

Designed for the whole family, including babies, these screenings will have the volume lowered and the lights will remain dimmed throughout the screening. Films will begin at the advertised time without adverts or trailers.
