Two ‘exiled’ Sicilians live in the same house in the outskirts of a large Northern Italian city. Despite their shared heritage, the two rarely communicate but remain, in their own way, friends. Nunzio works in a paint factory which begins to take its toll on his health. Pino’s job is mysterious. With Nunzio unhappy in love and deteriorating in health, the two men are drawn closer together. Features writer/director Scimone as one of the two friends.
