The Night of the Iguana

Directed by John Huston

Figueroa received an Oscar nomination for his first film with Huston, based on Tennessee Williams’ play. A defrocked priest (Burton) works as a guide for coach tours of Mexico. His latest, a group of church women, are driving him mad and so he hijacks the coach and drives them all to a remote, decrepit beachfront hotel owned by an old friend(Gardner).

Look out for the cameo by director Emilio Fernández.
