Telenovela is the latest project from Manchester and São Paulo-based artist Lowri Evans, blurring fiction and documentary in an online art soap opera.
On New Year’s Eve 2018, Brazil, Lowri tries to piece together her relationship. Set between Brazil and the UK, Telenovela spans 16 short episodes inspired by Lowri’s life and sketchbooks. Expect heartache, adventure, cliff hangers, as Lowri explores memory, fantasy, reality and storytelling.
