In Milan, a young cop is assigned the task of taking a couple of abused children to a local kids’ home. When the pair are refused entrance, the cop takes it upon himself to transport the kids to Sicily, without permission. In traditional road movie fashion, along the way the trio encounter people and experiences, revealing the different faces of Italy as the passengers come to understand and trust each other.
