Rampart

From the pen of acclaimed writer James Ellroy (L.A. Confidential) and director Oren Moverman (The  Messenger) comes this taut modern day noir. Dave Brown (Woody Harrelson) is a member of the notorious Rampart division, who policed Downtown L.A. in the 1990s and were renowned for their corrupt practices.
