The feature directorial début of the Brothers Ulloa (actor Tristán and TV director David), PUDOR is an emotionally rich drama about a family quietly coming apart at the seams. Every member has secrets, but the inability to communicate with each other leaves each isolated as they carefully dodge unpalatable truths. Death, sex, infidelity, ghosts, sexuality identity and love are obsessions hidden away, leaving an atmosphere thick with tension.
Based on the novel by Peruvian author Santiago Roncaglielo, PUDOR has been nominated for Best New Director(s) and Best Adapted Screenplay Goyas.
