Westworld is the critically acclaimed adaptation of the 1973 film of the same name. The show is set at the intersection of the near future and the reimagined American West past, where we explore a theme park world staffed by artificially intelligent hosts, in which every human appetite, no matter how deadly can be indulged without consequence. However, as the hosts begin to gain consciousness, the guests find themselves in a world where anything can happen.
Created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, exec produced by JJ Abrams and featuring a cast starring Ed Harris, Thandie Newton, Evan Rachel Wood, Jeffrey Wright and Anthony Hopkins; the first season created a culture of mystery and theorycrafting not seen since the golden days of Lost.
