Every year 60 entries compete in the world’s oldest short film competition, selected from nearly 5000 works. Revolving around issues of identity, this programme of experimental and documentary films comes from the International Competition. Almost all works were awarded major prizes at Oberhausen in 2013. Together, they represent the diversity and visual impact of current short film production worldwide.
