A brand new quarterly film programme exploring the creativity of our city’s most essential charities, community groups and voluntary organisations. Think you know the city? Here’s a chance to see it through their eyes. This programme will draw on the wealth of creativity from a multitude of perspectives, involving discussion and debate.
The first A City Seen will welcome Mustard Tree, a charity in Manchester supporting the homeless and those living in poverty, and also Chorlton Good Neighbours, a voluntary organisations tackling social isolation amongst the elderly. Both groups have used drama and film projects to tackle social isolation, build confidence, encourage creativity and challenge stereotypes.
