HRWFF: Unfinished Symphony

Directed by Bestar Cram & Mike Majoros

An emotional, poetic and lyrical journey back in time to reflect on the iconic Vietnam War, structured in three sections that mirror the three movements of Henryk Gorecki’s Symphony No. 3, the Symphony of Sorrowful Songs. The film documents the three-day Memorial Day weekend protest march by returning veterans held in Massachusetts in 1971. Mixing archive footage from the march with contemporary contextual commentary, UNFINISHED SYMPHONY is a provocative and powerful tapestry of history on film.
