Goodbye First Love

Directed by Mia Hansen-Løve

Goodbye First Love is a sincere and heart-felt story of teenage love and loss from critically acclaimed French director Mia Hansen-Løve (The Father of My Children). Fifteen-year-old Camille and her boyfriend Sullivan enjoy an idyllic romantic summer, but when Sullivan heads off travelling alone Camille’s world comes crashing down. Based in part on her own life, Mia Hansen-Løve constructs an emotional portrait of the aftermath of Camille’s first taste of love.

This film is screening as part of Film Feels: Obsession, a UK-wide cinema season, supported by the National Lottery and BFI Film Audience Network.
