Midori (Akiko Kikuchi) and Masao (Ayumu Nakajima) consider breaking up as their relationship grows dull. Just then, Midori discovers she is pregnant and they feel obliged to stay together. While preparing for their shotgun wedding, vast differences in their upbringing arise.
