The return of ¡Viva! favourite Álex de la Iglesia’s comedy-horror classic. Father Angel Berriartúa has spent the last 25 years studying the Apocalypse according to St John, deciphering the hidden message behind the sacred text. At last, he has reached a conclusion: the Antichrist will be born in Madrid on Christmas Day 1995. To discover the exact location where the birth will take place he must enter into contact with Evil, and so arms himself to the teeth and sets off, in somewhat improvised fashion, merrily down the path of crime. Teaming up with José María, a young death metal fan, and Professor Cavan, Italian connoisseur of the occult and TV parapsychologist, with wild abandon the priest battles to avert the birth of the beast, and with it, the end of the world.
