Following the success of La Zona in ¡Viva! 2008, we are pleased to present the wonderfully shot second feature film from Roberto Plá. In the midst of the crippling violence of the Mexican Revolution, anxious expectant father Elías smuggles a priest into town, and unwittingly leads him to a violent death. In an attempt to reverse the subsequent curse placed upon his family, Elías takes his children into the wilderness and dedicates his life to building the church which he hopes will save them from damnation.
