Big Train on a Big Screen: 20th Anniversary Screening

What would Pilot Light TV Festival be without a big screen marathon of a beloved British TV comedy? In Season 1 we reopened the Snuff Box, in Season 2 we re-sold fake news with Brass Eye; for Season 3 we jump aboard the first series of Big Train for a 20th anniversary screening.

When the sketch comedy first aired in 1998, it opened with a cast of fresh faced comedy hopefuls who have collectively gone on to become British TV royalty. Big Train featured the likes of Simon Pegg, Mark Heap, Amelia Bullmore, Kevin Eldon, Julia Davis, Catherine Tate and many more in a variety of surreal and hilarious sketches penned by Father Ted creators Graham Linehan and Arthur Matthews.

Join us on our Sunday afternoon for a big screen Big Train experience! Our Sunday marathon screenings are known to sell out, so it seems fitting that we present Big Train on the Big Screen in the comforts of Theatre 1 here at HOME! All aboard?
