Working in partnership with the BFI Film Academy and Film Hub North, HOME presents three short films created by emerging artists from the North of England.
Films screening in this programme are:
The Derealisation Dinner Party – directed by Kate Morrison. A surrealist drama, which follows a group of friends at a dinner party, where the boundaries of reality become distorted.
120 – directed by Ai Naripol, 120 is a deep dive into the obsession with photography, the craft and the impossible task of reaching perfection.
Chicken Girl – directed by Em Humble, Chicken Girl follows an ambitious failed actress, who despite everything holds on to the hope of her chickens one day laying golden eggs.
We will also be screening the four winning films from our recent series of DIY Film Challenges.
