Clearly expressing your creative idea for a funding application can sometimes feel like an impossible task. In this practical session, HOME’s Director of Development Roisin Joyce will teach you the essential skills in writing for fundraising and show you how to create a strong and persuasive funding application.
The workshop will use examples from different applications forms (e.g. Arts Council, Wellcome Trust) but will provide you with general principles that can be applied to any applications. It will also involve peer review, so please come willing to share examples of any previous applications you have submitted.
