A workshop exploring the power of declaring a holiday as a tool for survival.
In the face of navigating difficult political landscapes, personal health or the general anxiety of living in the world as it is, this workshop will discuss how the act of declaring a flamboyant time-out, gives us the energy to revive.
Inspired by Jenny’s own commitment to a #HolidayOnceAMonth, and the time this approach to rest officially became part of Jenny’s medical records, the workshop runs alongside the participatory audio performance The Sustainable Travel Agency. Participants will receive a mocktail on arrival and take time to design their own makeshift holiday installations.
