WAST Nightingales are a group of women asylum seekers using singing as a form of expression, unity and escape. Winners of the Liberty Human Rights Arts Award in 2015, they sing new, vibrant songs of activism with messages of hope, support, and challenges to policy makers for the inhumanity of the asylum system.
