Join us for a workshop with Box of Tricks’ Associate Sound Designer Lee Affen.
In this workshop we’ll be exploring the relationship between sound and text; looking at not only how sound can be used to enhance a scene, but also how sound can transform text and hold its own narrative.
We’ll be playing with textural sound design as well as looking at how music can voice text.
About Lee
Lee is a composer, music producer and sound designer from Manchester now based in Sheffield. A highly respected collaborator, Lee’s work is heard in theatre, dance, installation and film productions. Lee is a member of The Bare Project and an Associate Artist with Imagine If Theatre and Box of Tricks.
