Part of FutureEverything, Show & Tell for Sendai will give you a taste of what’s happening in the mind of some of the city’s leftfield innovators, bringing the visual arts community and Manchester’s thriving digital design sector together in a playful and informal setting.
10 artists and designers will make lightning presentations about a current project, experiment or source of inspiration.
This event is also in celebration of the creativity of Sendai in Japan, as they rebuild, recover their momentum and reestablish their creative industry after the earthquake that hit Japan earlier this year. Sendai is similar to Manchester in size and distance to the nation’s capital as well as in its emphasis on creativity and innovation and members of the creative scene in Sendai came to FutureEverything last year to meet their Mancunian counterparts.
