The Tibetan exile community boasts a multitude of poets whose varied work is often drawn together through the themes of loss, suffering and exile. This poetry reading will feature work from prolific Tibetan poet and high-profile activist Tenzin Tsundue. His writings have attracted international attention and he is widely regarded as one of the leading voices of the Tibetan exile community. A variety of speakers will read from his works Kora and Semshook.

Tsundue is currently taking part in the ‘Return March to Tibet’, an initiative of the Tibetan People’s Uprising Movement formed by a collaboration between five Tibetan NGOs based in Dharamsala, Northern India.
