Join photographer Mario Popham and artist Tom Baskeyfield as they launch their publication, Of Flesh and Stone.
The collaborative project, which examines the legacy of slate extraction in North Wales and its connection to England’s first industrial city, was first exhibited in the Granada Foundation Galleries at HOME in 2018.
The work has now been reconfigured and committed to the pages of an artists’ book and will be made available to the public following a brief talk on the projects’ progress as well as readings from Tom’s accompanying book of writing and poetry.
