Masterclass with Frank Cottrell Boyce

A one-off masterclass exploring cinema’s long standing relationship with the short story, and the differences between writing for the screen and the page. Frank Cottrell Boyce is one of the UK’s most prolific screen writers. His film credits include Welcome to Sarajevo, Hilary and Jackie, Code 46, 24 Hour Party People, A Cock and Bull Story, and Millions – which he also published as a novel. His TV work includes the God on Trial and Framed. He has recently begun writing short stories, many of which have already transferred to the screen.
