This is Human: Yoga with Ciara Grant

Yoga means Union. Welcome to a yoga class that combines traditional elements of the Indian Ashtanga yoga practice and flowing sequences that help to calm the mind and strengthen the body simultaneously. The session will be taught in a way that you can adapt each pose or movement to suit you and your body so absolutely everybody is welcome. Remember…flexibility and strength are goals of yoga not a prerequisite.

Please come wearing comfortable clothes that you can move around in easily.
