We’re pleased to present a selection of highlights from the annual French Film Festival. To celebrate the opening of their new premises, and to toast the festival’s success, the Alliance Française de Manchester will host an opening night party.
Following the screening of Service Entrance, we invite you to a cinema themed party – come and enjoy the lively atmosphere with a French buffet and a DJ playing all your favourite film classics. Dress as your favourite film character or bring your favourite film accessory, and the most original idea will win a bottle of French Champagne! For French film buffs, you can test your knowledge of French cinema at the quiz and be in with a chance to win other prizes! The party takes place on Fri 2 December from 20:00; tickets cost: £5 to Cornerhouse Members or £8 to non-Members. Reservation can only be guaranteed by payment in advance. We advise booking your tickets early as the number of places is limited and no tickets will be sold on the day. Book your tickets in person at the Alliance française de Manchester. An address and map can be found on their website: www.alliancefrancaisemanchester.org
In collaboration with the French Film Festival with support from the Alliance française de Manchester. The previously advertised post-screening Q&A for Service Entrance will not be taking place. The French Film Festival apologise for any inconvenience caused.
