When will I know if i have a place?
We’ll get in touch with everybody by email a week before (either on Fri 3 or Mon 6 Feb) to check if you still want to come and confirm a couple of days before.
Unless this event get extrememely oversubscribed it is very likely you will have a space.
If you register after that date we’ll let you know by the end of the day you register.
Will there be food and drink?
There will be a free drink for you when you arrive (wine or soft drink) and the second floor bar will be open if what’s on offer is not what you want.
Why do you ask for an expression of interest?
For you: we circulate the list before the event so you can see who is there and, if you fancy, plan who you’d like to talk to. Plus it can feel less daunting if you have an idea beforehand!
For us: so we know who you are and can connect people more easily and so we know to order enough refreshements and make sure we don’t go over the room’s capacity.
