Our final fiesta is a day of two halves. During the day families are invited to drop-in and share the traditional cultures of the indigenous peoples of South America through music, song and storytelling. Then come inside and help close the fiesta party with a final taste of salsa in the HOME bar.
14.00-16.00: El Condor Performance and family workshop
El Condor perform folk songs from various countries in South America, including Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador, using traditional instruments. They sing in both the native Indian language, Quechuan, and in Spanish. Families are invited to join in, try the instruments and explore the sounds and style. There will also be a face painted to share designs and emblems from their culture.
18.00-19.00: DJ Vlad and the Salsa Dancers
We close the fiesta party with a final taste of salsa. Get together and celebrate what has been. wonderful festival by dancing to DJ Vlad’s Salsa beats and joining in with the dancers.
